This week Rep Fitness released their fixed trap bar.
My initial impression is I don’t get it. It seems like a step backwards from their Open trap bar.
First you can’t choose the handle to handle width anymore which was huge. This is just default 25″. That’s what made their original so awesome. Secondly, its actually more money by $100! If anything this one should be cheaper.
There are other differences as well but those are the big ones in my book that stand out as reasons to get their original vs this. Sure the shorter sleeve length is nice but not as nice as being able to choose width and saving $100
